Pilgrim Day

Shayli is always asking when I get to come to school and volunteer/work in her class. She tells me that all the "other mom's" come and I never do. I feel so bad and try to explain to her that I have to work that if she wants to live were we do and have the things we do, Mom has to work. I would love to be one of those mom's that can stay home, do the volunteering, do my little girls hair up all cute and that when there are parties for school, but reality is, that will never happen. I at least get to take time off here and there to do little things for her. Like..
Last week was Pilgrim Day and Mom's and Dad's got to go and eat lunch with their "Pilgrims", it was lots of fun. Doing these little things makes me miss all these events I have missed with Jakob, Jeneh, Lynli and Deke. Some day, right??

But for now, here are some pictures of Pilgrim Day, and my little Pilgrim.

I just love this little girl more and more each day.

Hi there, I saw your comment on kendras blog and just had to come over to your blog and tell you how amazing I think you are! To bury 4 children you must be a saint! My husband and I buried 1 baby when he turned 5 months old but I cant imagine burying 4. You are strong and an amazing person I can just tell!! Your daughter her on earth is beautiful! I can only imagine what your other sweet angels would look like. You have been through a gazillon more bad times than you deserve but from what I read here you keep your head high! I will keep you and your sweet family in my prayers. I hope your holiday is a gentle one.
