A Thankful Heart.

I saw this on a friends blog and thought is would great to try for this month. I know that there are so many thing I tend to "over look" due to time or what have you, but being "Thankful" is something that I am trying to work on.

We all have different beliefs and don't always see eye to eye with everyone, sometimes not even our own family members. But there are some things we can be all agree on, being Thankful is an important part of life.

In our nightly Family prayers, that we have with Shayli, before she gose to bed, we always put a focus on things we are Grateful Heart. Shayli, she keeps us laughing and reminds us of the simple things:

Helps to remind me to keep my prayers simple and that they are also heard.

A little while ago we received word that a very close friend, more like my Brother in Law had past away unsuspected. This was such a shock to us. With everything that he had lived throw, something as simple as hip replacement took his life. Murry was and still is an amazing man, father, husband, friend, brother, Son.. the list goes on. I admire this man so much in the way he loved his wife. She is such a gem and deserves the best in life and he loved her with all his heart. Even my Justin said this about Ju and how wonderful she is. I at times wondered if he wished he had found her before Murry. lol. But the truth is that Ju and Murry where great for each other, and I miss his emails and how he always made us laugh.

This is one of the reason's I am so great for the Plan of Salvation, and for my children that I miss so much some days.

I find this quote so true. I found joy and delight in my Jakob, Jeneh and Lynli and I do still. I miss them and even though I struggle with them being taken so early, I know that someday I will see, and hold them again. I have this promise. Just like we will be able to see and talk to Murry again.

For this reason my favorite word is: FOREVER....
