5K Anyone????

Is anyone up for doing this with me, I would love to run another 5K, working up to a Marathon........

Walk
Day 1:
Day 2: 20-minute walk; moderate pace
Day 3: Day
4: 20-minute walk; moderate pace
Day 5:
Day 6: 20-minute walk; moderate pace
Day 7:
Day 8:
Day 9: 25-minute walk; moderate pace
Day 10:
Day 11: 30-minute walk; moderate pace
Day 12:
Day 13: 35-minute walk; moderate pace
Day 14:
Day 15: Race/Walk Day

Beginner Run
Day 1:

Day 2: 10-min walk to warm-up, 1-min run followed by 1-min walk (repeat 10 times); 30-min total workout
Day 3:
Day 4: 10-min walk to warm-up, 1-min run followed by 1-min walk (repeat 10 times); 30-min total workout
Day 5:
Day 6: 10-min walk to warm-up, 1-min run followed by 1-min walk (repeat 10 times); 30-min total workout
Day 7:
Day 8:
Day 9: 10-min walk to warm-up, 2-min run followed by 1-min walk (repeat 10 times); 40-min total workout
Day 10:
Day 11: 10-min walk to warm-up, 2-min run followed by 1-min walk (repeat 10 times); 40-min total workout
Day 12:
Day 13: 10-min walk to warm-up, 2-min run followed by 1-min walk (repeat 10 times); 40-min total workout
Day 14:
Day 15: Race/Walk Day! (Walk or slow jog 10 min before start. Start the race at a slow controlled pace and maintain until finish)

Intermediate Run
Day 1:

Day 2: 5-min walk to warm up, 2-mile run
Day 3:
Day 4: 5-min walk to warm up, 2-mile run
Day 5:
Day 6: 5-min walk to warm up, 3-mile run
Day 7:
Day 8:
Day 9: 5-min walk to warm up, 3-mile run
Day 10:
Day 11: 5-min walk to warm up, 3-mile run
Day 12:
Day 13: 5-min walk to warm up, 4-mile run
Day 14:
Day 15: Race/Walk Day! (Walk or slow jog 10 min before start. Start the race at a slow controlled pace and maintain until finish)
