Santa Stop Here.

I always put a little something on "the Kids" (this is how I refer to Jakob, Jeneh, Lynli and Deke's graves, I call them "the Kids") grave, something small due to the fact that someone likes to take the items I place on there, but I ALWAYS sense Jakob and Jeneh's first Christmas in Heaven place a "Santa Stop Here" sign.
This year Shayli understands what this means, and was so excited to place it on "the Kids" graves, so that Santa would stop and leave something for them. The other day we were doing some running around and she asked when we got to go to "the Kids" graves to see what they got from Santa. Shayli then asked if "the Kids" would be OK if she opened their gifts from Santa. I asked her if she thought Santa left them presents and she smiled and said; "Oh yes, they have been very good in heaven, watching over us and all."
I love that my little Earthly Angel remembers her brothers and sisters that she never really got to meet, and I hope that she will always remember them, even when her Crazy Mother is gone to her grave that she will keep the tradition of leaving a "Santa Stop Here" sign for her brother's and sister's.
